Hi, I'm Bethany Yamawaki! For more than 25 years as an unscripted TV Casting Producer, I’ve helped people in high-stakes rooms where the decision was who stood out, who was memorable and ultimately who was chosen.
I have developed a trained eye for the difference between someone having something compelling and whether that quality is actually reaching the other side of the room.
Today, I use that casting lens and my coach training to help accomplished people identify what makes them compelling, recognize what isn’t translating and communicate their value more powerfully.
This isn’t about being louder or more performative. It’s about becoming more fully expressed so people can actually experience the value you bring.
